Who I Help
At ARCH Movement, I help women feel supported, cared for, and empowered throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I work with expecting and new moms navigating the physical changes that come with motherhood — from pregnancy discomfort, birth preparation, and pelvic or back pain to postpartum recovery, feeding positions, lifting and carrying demands, and returning to movement with confidence. My goal is to create a space where women feel heard, supported, and equipped with the care and tools they need to move through motherhood feeling stronger and more connected to their bodies.
Pregnancy + Postpartum Support
Chiropractic care and functional rehabilitation work hand-in-hand to support the unique physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Gentle chiropractic adjustments can help reduce spinal and pelvic discomfort, improve alignment, and ease tension as the body changes. Dr. Tanya is Webster certified to support the pregnant population, and she incorporates functional rehab to build strength, stability, and mobility needed to support the core, pelvic floor, and overall movement—helping moms move comfortably during pregnancy, recover more effectively after birth, and feel stronger for daily life and motherhood. Dr. Tanya promotes safe, guided movement throughout pregnancy—barring any medical restrictions—because moving through pregnancy is like giving your body prehab for postpartum. Building resilience now makes recovery after birth smoother and stronger.
After birth, Dr. Tanya introduces gentle movement to support healing and recovery, creating the foundation for long-term strength. Postpartum care isn’t about ‘getting your body back’—it’s about restoring function and reconnecting with your body so you can thrive in this new season. We begin with gentle, rehab-based exercises and progress at a pace that aligns with your individual goals.
