What to Expect
1. Start with a Discovery Call – We begin with a complimentary discovery call to make sure we're a good fit. At your first visit, we'll dive into your story with your goals, symptoms, movement history, lifestyle. We're looking at the full picture, not just the pain or symptoms.
2. Assessment + Treatment – We'll perform a full exam + personalized movement assessment to identify what's contributing to your symptoms. Then we'll begin treatment, which may include chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, mobility work, and movement education.
3. You Leave With A Plan & Ongoing Support - You'll leave with answers, a personalized plan, and simple strategies you can confidently put into action.

New Patient Exam + Treatment (60 min) - $250
Follow-up Session (30 min) - $75
Follow-up Session (60 min) - $150
In-home Follow-up Session (60 min) - $175
Each follow up could include: chiropractic care, soft tissue work, rehab exercises, and/or strength work
Insurance + Payment
At ARCH Movement, your care is driven by your goals, not your insurance limitations.
ARCH Movement is an out-of-network provider, which means Dr. Tanya does not bill or accept insurance directly. This allows her to provide individualized, one-on-one care based on what you need, and not what your insurance company dictates.
Payment is due at the time of your visit. If you'd like to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement, we're happy to provide a superbill for you to send to your insurance company. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
Please note that ARCH Movement does not verify insurance benefits, submit claims, or communicate with insurance companies on your behalf.
