What To Expect
1. We Start With Your Story - Your first visit is never rushed. We begin with a conversation about you, your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and what motherhood currently feels like for you. We’ll talk through your symptoms, movement history, daily stressors, workouts, births, feeding positions, sleep, and the physical demands of your day-to-day life so I can understand the full picture.
2. We Assess How Your Body Is Moving - We go through a detailed movement and physical assessment tailored specifically to your needs and stage of life. This may include posture, breathing patterns, core and pelvic stability, mobility, strength, and areas of tension or discomfort. From there, we’ll begin hands-on care and treatment, which may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobility work, rehab exercises, and movement education.
3. You Leave With A Plan & Ongoing Support - Before you leave, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s going on in your body and what the next steps look like. You’ll receive personalized recommendations, movement strategies, or simple exercises that fit realistically into your life
