At ARCH Movement, I help women who are tired of being told their pain, weakness, or movement limitations are “just part of motherhood.” Through a rehab-focused approach, I work with women experiencing neck and back pain, pelvic pain, hip discomfort, core weakness, instability, postpartum recovery challenges, exercise modifications, and difficulty returning to the activities they love.
