Do you take insurance?

No, and here's why!

At ARCH Movement, we operate as a cash-based practice to provide you with the highest quality of care without the limitations of insurance. This model allows for transparent pricing, flexible treatment options, and more one-on-one time focused entirely on your goals. By removing insurance restrictions, we can create care plans tailored specifically to your needs—whether that’s recovery, rehab, or ongoing wellness—so you receive the care you deserve, when you need it.

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All services are included in one fixed price, and we display our rates openly on our online booking site. For your convenience, we accept credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards. If you’d like, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

How often do you need to see the chiropractor?

That's up to you and your goals!

How often you should see a chiropractor depends on your unique needs, health goals, and how your body responds to care. Some people benefit from more frequent visits in the beginning—especially when addressing pain, injury, or pregnancy-related changes—while others may transition to less frequent visits for ongoing support, rehab, or wellness. At ARCH Movement, we evaluate your progress at each step and create a plan that’s flexible, personalized, and always centered on helping you move and feel your best.

What is the process of getting started and what does ongoing care look like?

There are two avenues you can take to get started with ARCH Movement. You can schedule a complimentary discovery call to discuss your goals, ask questions, and learn how I can support you. If you’re ready to begin, you can schedule your evaluation, which includes a comprehensive history, physical examination, movement assessment, and an individualized treatment plan. Ongoing care is all about you—your goals, your schedule, your life. Your personalized plan will be tailored to your specific needs and reasons for coming in, and may include chiropractic care, rehab exercises, training, and soft tissue work, all designed to help you feel your best.
